We recommend eating your croissant or cruffin the same day it was purchased, and discourage placing orders for croissants or cruffins that will be eaten the next day. If you do not eat your croissant or cruffin immediately, DO NOT refrigerate it, as it will cause the pastry to go soggy.

SOURDOUGH BREADS

All of our sourdough breads are naturally leavened (contain no commercial yeast) and are fermented for 24 hours. Our starter is fed daily using a combination of bread flour and Loftus Organic flour from k2 milling in Beeton, ON.
